Can I transfer/swap my eSIM onto another device?Updated 21 hours ago

Once your eSIM has been installed, it’s locked to that device and can’t be moved to another one.

If you’ve installed it but haven’t activated or used it yet, reach out to us. In most cases, we can cancel and resend a new eSIM so you can install it on a different phone. (This isn’t available for all eSIMs, but we’ll do our best to help!)

💡 Lost phone or broken device?

No worries, we can usually replace your eSIM for the remaining days of your plan so long as it has not expired yet. Just contact us via live chat or email, and we’ll get it sorted for you.
