Below you’ll find the APN settings for each of our available eSIMs.
Use this as a quick reference if you ever need to manually configure or correct your eSIM’s APN.
Most eSIMs will automatically apply the correct APN settings when installed and activated.
However, if your eSIM isn’t connecting to mobile data or shows “No Internet,” you can manually check or update the APN by following the steps below.
📱 How to Manually Check or Correct Your APN Settings
Apple (iPhone & iPad)
- Go to Settings → Mobile Data → your eSIM → Mobile Data Network
- Under Mobile Data APN, update it to the correct value (see list below).
- Leave Username and Password fields blank.
💡 Note: The exact menu names may vary slightly between iOS versions. If you can’t find “Mobile Data Network,” just look for “APN settings” under Mobile Data options.
Android
- Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Access Point Names
- Tap Add or Edit
- Enter the correct Name (optional) and APN (see list below).
- Leave Username and Password blank.
- Save, then restart your phone.
💡 Menu names may vary slightly depending on your device model. Just look for “Access Point Names” under your Network or SIM settings.

How to Find the Correct APN for Your eSIM
You can also confirm the correct APN on each eSIM’s product page:
- Open the eSIM’s page on our website.
- Scroll down to the Details section.
- Look for APN - the exact setting for that plan will be listed there.

If you’ve updated your APN but still don’t have internet, try these quick steps:
- Restart your device.
- Toggle Airplane Mode ON/OFF.
- Ensure Mobile Data and Data Roaming are enabled.
