Why is the referral programme paused?
We’re taking a short breather to make the referral experience better for everyone. Our aim is simple: rewards that are faster, smoother, and easier to receive.
As part of this update, we’re improving how payouts work. We’re moving beyond PayPal and adding direct bank transfers, so getting your reward will be more flexible and hassle-free.

When is the referral programme coming back?
We’re already working on it and expect it to return soon. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll let our email community know first. If you’d like to be the first to hear about it, make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletters.
I still have my referral link. What should I do?
For now, please hold off on sharing your referral link. Any referrals made from 2 February 2026, 11:59 PM AEDT onwards won’t be eligible for rewards while the programme is paused.
I made a referral before 2 February 2026, 11:59 PM AEDT but haven’t received my reward yet:
No worries. If your referral was completed before the pause and passed our checks, your reward is still valid. Please allow up to 7 business days and check your PayPal account again.
If it’s still not there after that, reach out to our support team and we’ll happily look into it with you.
Can my friend still use my referral link for their purchase?
Yes, they can still make a purchase. However, during the pause, it won’t be tracked as a referral and no referral rewards will be issued.
Why didn’t I receive any communications for my referral?
While the programme is paused, referral tracking and automated communications are switched off. If your referral was made before the pause and you need help, just contact our support team and we’ll check it for you.
Will the referral rewards change when the programme comes back?
We’re reviewing the full referral experience, including rewards. If there are any changes, we’ll clearly communicate them before the programme goes live again - no surprises.
What happens to my past referral information or data?
Your referral information is safe and secure. All historical data has been retained, so if you have any questions about past referrals, just let us know and we’ll help you out.
