Which network will my eSIM connect to?

Our eSIMs aren’t tied to one specific carrier. 📶

They automatically connect to the strongest available network in your location to ensure the best possible coverage and performance.

This means your eSIM can seamlessly switch between multiple networks depending on signal strength and proximity to nearby cell towers, keeping you connected wherever you are. 🌍✨

Can I switch networks manually?

Yes! Your eSIM will do it automatically, but you can also manually select a different network if needed.

🍏iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Mobile > Network Selection

2. Turn Automatic OFF

3. Choose another network from the list

4. Restart your phone

🤖 Android

1. Go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators

2. Search manually and select another network

3. Restart your phone

💡 You can still connect to networks that show as “Forbidden” just tap a few times until it connects. 🙂
