Can I transfer/swap my eSIM onto another device?Updated 2 hours ago
If you have already installed your eSIM on a device, you cannot switch it to another device.
If you have installed the eSIM but have not yet activated and used it, we can cancel the eSIM and have a new one sent to you so you can use it on another device.
This is only applicable to certain eSIMs (not all of them).
