How Do I Go Back to Using My Regular SIM?Updated 6 days ago

When you're done using your Simify eSIM, here's how you can switch back to using your Primary SIM. 

📱 iOS:
Switch your Primary SIM back on
1. Open “Settings” on your device
2. Go to "Cellular" or "Mobile"
3. Under Cellular Plans, select your Primary SIM and toggle "Turn On This Line" to ON

Assign your device to use your Primary SIM for mobile data
1. Go to "Settings" then "Mobile" or "Cellular"
2. Choose "Mobile / Cellular Data"
3. Select your Primary SIM

📱Android:
Switch back to your Primary SIM on a Samsung device:
1. Go to "Settings" then "Connections"
2. Choose "Mobile Network" and turn on your Primary SIM, or choose "Preferred SIM card" and select your Primary SIM

If your Simify eSIM's data plan has expired, we recommend deleting it from your phone just to keep things nice and simple.

Here's how you can remove your eSIM from your device 👇

📱 iOS:
Go to Settings.
Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
Tap the plan that you want to erase.
Tap Delete eSIM.

📱Android:
Open your phone's Settings.
Tap on Connections.
Then, choose SIM card manager.
Pick the eSIM plan you want to delete.
Turn off the eSIM by toggling the switch.
Finally, tap on Remove.
