Unlimited vs Fixed Plans - Fair Usage Policy & speed rules

Fair Usage Policies are set by our network suppliers to ensure that all users enjoy stable and reliable connections. These policies help manage network traffic and prevent extremely high data use from affecting others on the same network.

Our unlimited eSIMs provide you with unlimited data for the entire duration of your plan, so you won't run out of data until your plan expires. However, if a large amount of data is used within a short period, your connection may be temporarily slowed under the Fair Usage Policy until the next daily reset (usually the following morning). 🌅

We’ve worked closely with our suppliers to make sure that, even when speeds are reduced, it won’t stop you from using your device normally. You should still be able to browse, use maps, and stay connected on social media. Exact speeds can vary depending on local network conditions.

But no worries - if you ever need your speed restored sooner, just let us know. Our team will be more than happy to manually reset it for you. ⚡
