How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please reach out to our team and provide the following:
The reason for your cancellation
Your order number
The email address used to place the order
Cancelling an eSIM Order
If your eSIM has not been installed, we can fully cancel and refund your order once we receive your request.
If your eSIM has been installed and activated, we can still cancel it; however, only a partial refund will be provided based on the remaining data or days left on your bundle.
Cancelling or Returning a Physical SIM Card
If the SIM card is unused, we can process a refund. Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the next steps.
If the SIM card has already been installed and activated, we may be able to offer a partial refund, depending on the usage.
