How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please reach out to our team and provide the following:

  • The reason for your cancellation

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order


Cancelling an eSIM Order

  • If your eSIM has not been installed, we can fully cancel and refund your order once we receive your request.

  • If your eSIM has been installed and activated, we can still cancel it; however, only a partial refund will be provided based on the remaining data or days left on your bundle.


Cancelling or Returning a Physical SIM Card

  • If the SIM card is unused, we can process a refund. Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the next steps.

  • If the SIM card has already been installed and activated, we may be able to offer a partial refund, depending on the usage.
