How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please contact our team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The reason for your cancellation

Cancelling an eSIM Order

If your eSIM has not been installed, we can cancel and refund your order in full once your request is received.

If your eSIM has already been installed and activated, we can still process a partial refund based on the remaining data or days left on your plan.
