What is the referral programme about?

Our referral programme was created to let you earn rewards for inviting friends to shop with us. When your friend makes their first eligible purchase using your referral link, they’ll receive a reward. You’ll receive one too as a thank-you for spreading the love.


How does the referral programme work?

It’s simple:

Share your unique referral link with a friend. Alternatively, you can also choose to input their email address in the invite by emai field.



Your friend will receive an email within minutes in their inbox. (P.S. Remember to check spam/junk folder if they don’t see it yet!) They just need to click ‘Shop Now’ in that email and get shopping.



Once their order is confirmed and passes our checks, your reward will be processed and sent directly to your inbox within 7 business days.


You’ll be notified when your referral has been successfully completed.


What is the current offer for the referral programme?

The referral reward available at the time of referral will always be the one applied. We’ll clearly communicate the current offer on our website and referral page, and it may change from time to time.


When will I receive my referral reward?

Once your friend’s order is confirmed and verified, rewards are typically issued within 7 business days.


How will I receive my referral reward?

Referral rewards in dollar value are sent via direct bank payout.

Referral rewards in discount value are sent to your email inbox as a discount code.


I referred a friend. Why didn’t I receive a reward?

There are a few common reasons this might happen, and you would have likely received a rejection email. This may be because:

  • Your friend didn’t use your referral link at checkout
  • Your friend didn’t hit the minimum spend that’s necessary to apply their referral reward
  • Your friend’s email address did not match the email address associated with the eligible order ie. You referred [email protected] but email address associated with the eligible order is [email protected]
  • Your friend is not a new customer
  • If the referred order is refunded or cancelled, the referral reward will not be issued.
  • The order hasn’t been completed or is still within the processing period

If everything looks correct, please allow up to 7 business days after your friend’s order is confirmed for the reward to be issued. If you’re still missing it, reach out to our support team and we’ll check for you.


How many referrals can I make?

There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, as long as each referral meets the programme’s eligibility criteria. The more you share, the more you can earn.


How long is my referral reward valid for?

Your friend’s reward is valid for 14 days from the date it is first issued and delivered to their inbox.

If your friend’s order has passed our checks, your reward is valid for 14 days from the date it is first issued and delivered to your inbox.


Why did I land on this page?

I recall having a referral link prior to the referral programme relaunching (prior to 13 February 2026). Can I keep sharing that instead?

No. For tracking and security reasons, referral links issued before the programme relaunch are no longer valid. Please use the new referral link available in your account to ensure your referrals are tracked correctly.


Is all my referral information/data secure?

Yes. All referral data is kept confidential and securely stored. We only use this information solely to operate the referral programme and process rewards, in line with our Privacy Policy.
